How It Works: Social Management Services
Your business's social media presence is a critical component in engaging with and keeping your customers up to date.
What Social Media Channels Are Available?
We aim to ensure that your customers have the best experience and access to your social profiles. Based on current available social channels, as well as the ability to pre-schedule and build out your social content, the following channels are available for content management and monitoring:
- X/Twitter
- Google Business Listings
The following channels are available for content posting, however, we do not offer content creation services at this time:
- YouTube
- TikTok
Our social media management process is streamlined, helping you get the most out of your program while minimizing the amount of time you spend on it!
- Initial Consultation Meeting: We'll come by and get to know your business (and you!), learn about your customers, where you need the most help, and discuss the types of content that make the most sense.
- Photography: What is social content without great imagery? If you have existing imagery to be used on your social content, we will gather those files in a manner that is easiest for you - including but not limited to uploading the files to Google Drive, using a USB Drive, or sharing them via email. If you DO NOT have existing photography to be used in your social content, we will schedule a time to take photos within the next 7 business days. This helps ensure that the content shared on your profile(s) is authentic and relatable to the experience your business offers.
- Design & Content Creation: Now it's time for us to get to work! We'll custom-craft a month's worth of content to share across your Social Profile(s), and will send this to you as proof for review and approval. Make changes and/or notes to the content, and we'll edit as necessary and schedule the content!*
- Social Engagement Monitoring: IF you subscribe to the Premium Social Package, we'll monitor your social profiles for comments, questions, and messages, and do our best to respond to the customer to the best of our ability (We may reach out with questions!). This is an optional service and you may choose to opt out.
*Please note: If your design and content proof has not received a response within 7 business days, after multiple attempts to reach you for approval, your content will be considered approved.
